Pianos don’t suffer from a lack of tuning alone, but from inconsistent, incomplete care.
Matt Blaisse Piano Service provides a full-service solution for effortless piano ownership by offering Complete Piano Care, a higher standard of piano service built on three core pillars:
Essential Maintenance
Your piano is kept physically stable and reliable. This includes repair and replacement of parts, cleaning & lubrication, humidity control, and managing tuning stability.
Expert Craftsmanship
Your piano is refined for peak performance. Fine adjustments to tuning, touch (regulation), and tone (voicing) ensure the instrument delivers consistent response and expressive freedom.
Effortless Ownership
You can relax knowing every detail of your piano’s care is handled for you. I maintain records, provide clear recommendations, send reminders for ongoing care, and make scheduling and payment simple and convenient.
Complete Piano Care Packages
Each package delivers Complete Piano Care, with time scaled to your piano’s condition and needs.
Complete Care Standard
$375 (3h 15m)
Pianos that have not been tuned in many years cannot fully stabilize with just a basic tuning alone. This service provides multiple rounds of tuning as well as critical repairs to bring your piano back into shape without the hassle and expense of multiple appointments. Designed for new customers, the Standard package focuses on the pillar of essential maintenance to keep your piano physically stable and reliable.
Complete Care Lite
$275 (2h 15m)
Seasonal changes affect not only a piano’s tuning, but its tone and touch as well. This service offers a more focused level of care to keep your piano not just tuned, but fully maintained. Designed for current customers, the Lite package focuses on the pillar of expert craftsmanship to refine your piano for peak performance.
* Tuning-only services are available starting at $195 for current customers, though most pianos benefit from the broader approach of Complete Piano Care. New customers whose pianos were recently tuned by another technician, please contact me directly before scheduling a tuning-only appointment.
